Care For Your Furniture

The Rattan Furniture is hand woven, so no two pieces are identically the same, so one section can vary from the other which has no impact on its durability.

Glass tops - A Magnifying glass effect caused by Glass, objects & nbsp; (Bottles, drinking Glasses, spectacles etc) can influence the rattan due to the heat from magnification which leads to the rattan melting. We recommend shading from direct sun light. (Parasol- Gazebo etc)

The Rattan may sag under the glass in hot condition direct sunlight which reforms back to normal when it's cooled back down.

The Staple fixing, screws and bolts can develop a film of rust in damp conditions.

The frames of our sets are coated for optical reasons. The coating is sometimes minimally damaged in the production process. This doesn't affect the quality or durability of the frame in any way.

We do NOT recommend leaving the cushions on the furniture during winter months as prolonged Wet Weather or Frosty conditions can cause condensation to build up on the inside of the cover and make them wet.

 About the Warranty:

All rattan garden furniture come with a 12months structural warranty on the frames of all outdoor furniture

1. The warranty starts from the date of receiving the goods.

2. Spring Garden requires proof of purchase in order to make a claim. For queries and claims regarding your warranty, please contact us via email at info@springgardenfurniture.co.uk

3. Spring Garden must be notified of any defect and given the opportunity to remedy it; any remedial work carried out by a third party will invalidate any warranty.

4. The product has not been misused or handled carelessly and has not been wilfully damaged or used in abnormal conditions.

5. Appropriate maintenance must be carried out in accordance with Spring Garden care instructions.Spring Garden will not be responsible for any defects due to the application of any treatment product other than Spring Garden recommended products.

6. The warranty does not apply to usual wear and tear, meaning dents or scratches or normal deterioration that occurs through regular use. It does not cover any deterioration due to the usual weathering process such as fading, cracking and splitting.

7. If a product has to be replaced and that particular product is no longer available, Spring Garden reserve the right to use an alternative similar product.
