Once you have placed your order,the distribution centre will send you an email to confirm the order is being dispatched.
Please note: This is a Pallet service. Pallets will be left and not collected.
Delivery is non-contact service to kerbside or driveway by most carriers with the current situation .The carrier will not take the pallet away.
98% of our orders are delivered on the booked date, but it can happen that due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery will take place in the next 48 working hours instead. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
Returns
Returns item must be returned in original Packing/ Box unused.
IF DELIVERED ON PALLET ITEMS MUST BE BACK ON PALLET.
Cushions MUST be in original Plastic protective bags.
Any return not returned in the above condition with be subject to charges.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
